At the beginning of 2018, I joined the world's largest collection of sketchbooks and participated in The Sketchbook Project. Now my book is traveling with the Brooklyn Art Library. You can view the tour information here.
My sketchbook is based on quotes and I wanted to depict each page with an illustration that is positive and motivating. The sketchbook shows female portraits as it was a diary to reflect on and introduce how the quotes made me feel. I made the book using Strathmore watercolor paper, Schmincke watercolors and Copic ink pens. After the tour is done, this sketchbook will live in their permanent library in Brooklyn, NY.
