This is year 2 of joining the Sketchbook Project hosted by the Brooklyn Art Library. My theme this time was on human emotions and the disconnection we feel amongst the world. The sketchbook focuses around mental health and the challenges we fight within ourselves.
My first sketchbook had great feedback so I wanted to try and get the 2019 edition printed. To offset that cost, I created my first project on Kickstarter and it was a success. I feel so blessed to be able to share my illustrations with others all around the world. Thank you all so much for the support and getting me closer to my dreams of book illustration through my first Kickstarter project. I hope to create many more books.
